Hello :) You can modify the following values in the /var/cpanel/cpanel.config file: system_diskusage_critical_percent= system_diskusage_warn_percent= Ensure you restart cPanel after making changes to these values. Thank you.

Thanks! Something is a bit strange: It was already configured to 82.xx (can't remember the last digits). And "df" also says 83% usage of /dev/sda2 (/home). But the DISKWARN mail says 78.81% df:
    Filesystem 1K-blocks Used Available Use% Mounted on /dev/sda2 477091244 376039016 77183712 83% /home
The total space is 477091244 1k blocks. That's 454.99 GB - same value as in the mail. df values in GB: Used: 358.6 GB (78.81%) Available: 73.6 GB (16.18%) There are about 23 GB missing. I just read this is system reserved. Interesting, that it says 83%. Maybe it adds the 5% system reserved space? Values from the DISKWARN mail: Used: 358.62 GB (78.81%) Available: 96.37 GB (21.18%) So CPanel uses the value like df does to configure and detect disk space warning. But then it shows the values in the mails without the system reserved space. Last year in November I also got disk space warn mails, but with a different layout and it started with 83%.

The following internal case should address this issue: Fixed case CPANEL-158: Disk Usage warning templates calculated the disk usage incorrectly. It's included with cPanel version 11.52, which is currently only available in the "Edge" build tier. Version 11.52 is expected to make it's way to the "Current" build tier in the near future. Thank you.
