[SSL] Redirect https://IP:2083 to https://hostname:2083

I have set up SSL for my server. I can redirect from http://IP:2082 to https://hostname:2083. But I want to redirect from https://IP:2083 to https://hostname:2083. How can i do that? Thanks for help!
