SSL install issues through Cpanel
Ok, i new to Cpanel, so don't kill me
I have a friend who needed me to help him install a SSL on his website, his old SSL expired a few days prior. I bought the SSL through Go daddy. I created a Key under the SSL/TSS section in Cpanel.
I generated a CSR and uploaded that to GoDaddy, then it verified everything and issued me the certificate.
I went to the SSL/TSS manager to the Certificate section and attempted to upload the certificate by using the browse button and then hit upload. The Certificate shows up in the SSL files on the FTP, but i have nothing listed in Cpanel that says"certificates on server", i'm kinda stumped.
Any help would be appreciated, Thanks

Hello :) Could you let us know where in particular you are attempting to view the certificate? Also, did you utilize the "Install and Manage SSL for your site (HTTPS)" option in cPanel to install the certificate? Thank you.0 -
Cpanel /Security::SSL/TLS Manager I cant utilize the install and manage SSL 0 -

Could you assign the X3 or Paper Lantern theme to this account in order to see the additional options? You can make this change via: "WHM Home " Account Functions " Modify an Account" Thank you. 0
