FTP acount for that specific web developer

Hello Guys any one here can suggest how can i create FTP account in cpanel for our new web developer access only? Objective: A. Provide user and password for FTP account that specific user only can access. B. He cannot view existing folder. only that specific folder assigned to her. Do you think guys its possible? Thank you for help.

  Creating an Addon FTP user to have login access to only a specific directory like, public_html/devaccess/ in cPanel is straight forward. If you don't want to use the default auto filled Directory name when adding a user, you can edit that line. cPanel > Files section > FTP Accounts. Are you having some sort of issue accomplishing this?
