Process Tracking Emails

I have several websites made in WordPress. WordPress try to update itself regularly. When it happens, I received an email from the server for every website of this type:

How can I avoid receiving these emails? Thank you so much. Regards.

  Those emails are from CSF/LFD, not cPanel. You might look into modifying your CSF alert settings for this sort of thing. More Info here:
