Permission error accessing Admin/index.php after domain change
Hi, I am writing to ask for any suggestions or input on this issue concerning permissions in C-panel. I have spent the last few days reading forums and have not found a solution yet. If you know of a thread that would speak to this issue or if you know of a solution, I would love your feedback.
I have created an opencart website using Opencart 2.0.1.1. The domain name of the shop is domain.org.au. Now I have finished the website and am ready to take it live, it is necessary to change the domain from the setup domain to the main shop domain. However, after changing the domain name, as soon as I attempt to save any changes in System/Settings in the opencart console I receive the following error:

I have Not found this error making new products or changing any categories. It seems only to do with saving the any settings. Do you have any wisdom on what I can adjust to resolve this issue? **** So far I have followed multiple tutorials changing both of the config.php files in public_html as well as in public_html/admin. All the tutorials read the same as this one: inmotionhosting.com/support/edu/opencart/customizing-store-look-and-feel/change-opencart-url I have also confirmed that the permissions were set correctly to 644, the same as the index.php file. I have set the admin permissions 755. I have also tried different permissions on both the folder and files. Non of this resolves the issue allowing me to save settings. However, as soon as I change it back to the original domain, everything works correctly again. I have also created a whole new C-panel with the correct domain, performed a fresh install of opencart and transferred over the appropriate website information but the exact same issue is present with the new install. Again, If you have any advice I would greatly appreciate it. Thank in advance for your help, Jeff

Hi Infopro, Thanks for your helpful response. I realize that this question could be pure opencart or it could be C-panel. Because it had to do with settings permissions in C-panel and because I saw similar questions discussed here I thought I would ask. If you feel it is not an appropriate place to ask this question I will be glad to not address the question here. Your link was helpful. I had a read through it and attempted some changes on my site, however, it looks that the issue in that forum was some random characters that were added to the config.php file which was not the case with mine.
