    From the image you provide it appears that the email redirects are made from each officer*@domain.com to Manager. You want the manager to recieve the email that any user is sending ?

    Actually, Manager receives email that is sent to any officer. So, if a person sends an email mentioning three officers as receipients, the Manager gets two emails (one forwarded from the each officer). I want that the manager should get only one email in this scenario.
