    The described happened on multiple cPanel servers this night. CPANEL=release RPMUP=daily SARULESUP=daily STAGING_DIR=/usr/local/cpanel UPDATES=daily

    @cPanelMichael: Last night's cPanel update did not downgrade and seemed to have upgraded without downgrading afterwards. We will probably never know what caused the downgrade in the first place...

    I'm happy to see the issue is no longer occurring. It's possible there was a temporary issue with a mirror, but I've seen no other reports of this happening. Thank you.
