Outlook and windows live email client program cant send
Hi,
Number of clients who are using Outlook and windows live email client program can"t send emails.
Getting the following error message below:
Task ' - Sending reported error (0x800CCC13) cannot connect to network...
Task ' - Sending' reported error (0x800CCC0B) : 'Unknown Error 0x800CCC0B'
They however can receive emails but not send. Mail is just stuck in outbox.
Before the cPanel update everything was working fine.
I have disabled the "Introduce a delay into the SMTP transaction for unknown hosts and messages detected as spam" option.
Please advice?

Hello :) Are your users sending email over port 25? If so, can these users successfully telnet to your server's IP address over port 25? Are there any error messages in /var/log/maillog or /var/log/exim_mainlog when a user attempts to send an email? Thank you. 0
