Website Problems And CPanel Deactivation

Hi! I've encountered a major problem that I don't understand how to fix. Before this, I had my own domain and everything was going smoothly. I bought GoDaddy Hosting services and CPanel, but didn't realize what was going on. Next thing I knew, my site looks like this. I don't know what to do yet. I don't have any website files on my desktop so I don't know how to launch the site. Assuming CPanel was the problem, I disabled my CPanel but it still shows up like that on my site. The problem now is that I can't login anymore. Before that, I saved my sitemap.xml and the template. Help!

  Hello, Where are your website files located if they are not on your desktop? What do you mean by disabled cPanel, a user cannot normally disable their own account. What are you trying to log into that it will not allow you to login, are you talking about your cPanel URL specifically or into GoDaddy?

  Hello :) Did you upload your website files to your account with the new hosting provider? This is required if you want your website files visible on the new provider and are not migrating from another cPanel server. Thank you.
