    Yes you can. Just make sure to register the new domains at your registrar using the same IP's and add the A Records for the name serves in the DNS zone in WHM on the new domain. This will allow you to use those name servers, if you want all new accounts to use those name servers, make sure to go into "Basic cPanel & WHM Setup" in WHM scroll to the bottom and update the name servers. The old name servers will still work without issue. As far as the old hostname, you will want to go into "Manage Service SSL Certificates" to install the new SSL for your cPanel services but the you will also want to go into "Install an SSL Certificate on a Domain" and reinstall the certificate onto the old domain, you will need to specify the server IP since this will not have an account to bind to. Make sure "Enable SNI for Mail Services" is checked so the mail will continue working as is.
