    Hi, I don't know of any way to do that, but HELO checks are pretty standard. prueba.serfincor@ mailserver isn't a fully qualified domain name so that make sense that it's getting rejected. I would suggest seeing if your customer's email provider can fix their hostname and make sure there are reverse dns records so the HELO check can work properly.
