Problem sending email - Unrouteable address
Dears,
I need your help. I have a dedicated linux server with Hostgator.
Last week this server was getting problem with all emails sent to Hotmail (live, outlook) service. My Old IP was blocked (I dont know why).
Friday (25th September 2015), I bought a new dedicated server and migrated all data from the old server to the new one. I think that the old problem was solved. But not. It comes with another big problem.
I just updated my nameservers, all are propagated, but I cant send e-mail and I cant receive e-mail.
When I try to send, I got this error:

And when I try to send e-mail to psantos @ domain.co.ao I got this error:
I dont know what to do. Several times I tried do contact Hostgator by chat but not solutions. I have 4 open tickets with hostgator with not response. I am more than 3 days without sending and receiving emails, that's too bad for my company Please help me

Hi, Are you able to ping from the server? Also what is your /etc/resolve.conf configuration? Paste sample exim log for the email you send grep abc@abc.com /var/log/exim_mainlog0 -

Are you having problems sending emails to all domain or just this one? ALso make sure that MX records are set on domain.co.ao. 0 -
