403 Error on my website

Hello everyone, I am experiencing some issues with my website. I am using the 'PEEL Shopping' app in softuculous. I just recently got the website set up and I was adding finishing touches to it, then all the sudden I am greeted with a 403 error. You can see the error for yourself over on - Removed -. Could anyone explain how I could possibly fix this issue? Thank you, Devin

  You have no index.php (or index.html) in your public_html directory. You need one. You might try re-uploading or re-installing the script.
