  Hello :), No, cPanel will not overwrite /etc/cpanel_exim_system_filter file in next update. Are you getting any issues with this file ?

  Hello :) It's not overwritten, but you should maintain the original in-case you need to revert back to it. This document should help:

  It's a preemptive question. Anytime I change a file that cPanel maytouch, I've learned (the hard way) to ask. The adjustment was tiny, so I'll remember what it was. No need for a backup. :)
