postgres not activated via easyapache Centos6.6

I have installed Postgres9.4 on Centos6.6 I am installing Nominatim. But now when i am running the php file to import the database in Postgres it gives error unable to start pgsql.. I rebuilt using easyapache but when checked the log I found that postgres has been skipped.. What could be the problem? Has anyone had the same issue earlier?

  Hello, Please provide complete logs which shows postgres is skipped. This will help to understand why it did so.
