What are the implications of disabling passive OS fingerprint?

I recently disabled p0f a few days ago because it was consuming 25% CPU for a long period. Before that, it was active by default. Yesterday, a client said that cPanel and PHPMyAdmin was slow on her side, 3-5 minutes load time -- which I can't replicate on my end. Seems to be an isolated issue. Besides disabling p0f, there are no other changes in the server. Is there any chance p0f may have caused this? Box info: WHM 11.50.2 (build 0) Cloudlinux with mod_lsapi & cagefs, no PHP selector Unixy Varnish I have yet to receive network details from her, it may have been caused by her proxy.

  Besides disabling p0f, there are no other changes in the server. Is there any chance p0f may have caused this?

  
  Hello :) Disabling p0f would not have caused this issue. This service simply reports the visitor's operating system and other information for email notifications. Thank you.
