Boxtrapper Alerting

Hey Guys, Is it possible to configure box trapper to send an email to a specified address when a new message enters the queue? Maybe even send a summary email every X hours/minutes? My host has the same limited option set in the interface as most out there. I have seen some people using a chron job but I am not familiar with setting those up.

  Thanks I will, is there a folder on the server someone I could see the messages in queue? If so then I could potentially monitor that folder and alert myself when something new enters it.

  It's stored per email account at:
  /home/$username/etc/$domain/$email-account/boxtrapper/queue
