    There are non for that account. The ones for other domains appear to all be related to modsec.

    Just a thought on this but I think this site was originally imported from an ensim server.. Maybe it's a legacy of the transfer.

    You can install a self-signed certificate for the account and then delete the certificate to see if that helps to address the issue. As far as Apache crashing, it's not likely related to the SSL VirtualHost entry. Do you notice any other entries in the Apache error log just before Apache crashes? Thank you.

    I agree that it's not related to the server issues. No luck with this though. Although I could create the certificate I couldn't apply it to the site. I assume because it's on a shared IP. If I can avoid it, I want to avoid changing the IP to avoid any temporary DNS issues it will cause.

    To update, the issue was resolved after removing the certificate via "WHM Home " SSL/TLS " Manage SSL Hosts". Thank you.
