Melange is missing?

On a fresh install of cPanel, the 'Melange' chat service is missing... how would I go about installing it into cPanel so that I can enable it? According to the documentation at

  Hello :) Melange is no longer distributed with cPanel as of version 11.32. I have opened a case with our documentation team to have that service removed from the "Service Manager" document. Thank you.
