    Hello :) Browse to: "WHM Home " Email " Mail Queue Manager" Search for the message, and click on it from the list of all messages in the queue. Do you notice any error message when attempting to deliver the message from the queue? Thank you.

    What is the issue, exactly, can you be more specific?     Maybe, but the log says it was sent. And you state:
    There is no email in queue

    So it left your end ok it seems to me. No bounce either, correct? Does email sent from your end / that account, make it to other email addresses anywhere else, or is all email from this one account, disappearing like this?

    No bounced back received. I'm at receiving end, and i have mentioned the receiving logs in above posts. Yes all email from that account not received. I have also migrate the account to another server but still getting issue.
