Renewed SSL cert for services not updating?
I've renewed the SSL cert for my service domain and installed the new cert to FTP, Exim, Dovecot, WHM/Cpanel/Webmail. The new certs show in the table at Home > Service Configuration > Manage Service SSL Certificates.
However, when I run a test at any of the SSL test sites like SSL Server Test (Powered by Qualys SSL Labs) or SSL Analyzer and SSL Certificate Checker | COMODO, the old soon-to-expire certificate data shows.
I've restarted Apache and OpenSSH - heck, I even rebooted the entire box but I'm still getting reports of the old certificate.
I even tried reinstalling the new cert but got the same result.
I'm not sure what else to do - suggestions?
Thank you

Hello :), With the above SSL test URL you can not check your services SSL as these URL are checking SSL on port 443 and services SSL is installed on different port. If you want to test your hostname SSL with above URL you need to install SSL on your hostname through WHM >> SSL/TLS >> Install an SSL Certificate on a Domain 0 -
Hello :) Yes, as mentioned, it's likely those online SSL tools are checking the certificate on the wrong port. You can view the certificate directly in your browser when accessing cPanel or WHM to verify the correct certificate is installed for the cpsrvd service. Thank you. 0 -
Thanks to both of you - I've installed the cert on the additional port and all is well. Your help is appreciated! 0 -
