Greylisting Interface Differences
I have Greylisting enabled on a couple servers. The servers have the same Cpanel build/versions (11.50.2). After watching the video at this blog post: Greylisting | cPanel Conference Session | cPanel Blog I reviewed the Greylisting settings on both servers as there were things mentioned in the video I wasn't aware of.
One server has the Common Mail Providers tab. But the other server doesn't. Was wondering why that might be and how I can get the one server to have that tab available.

Hello :) The new features are available in cPanel version 11.52. Browse to "WHM >> Update Preferences" and switch to the "Release" build tier if you want to update to this version. Thank you. 0 -
Hm. Both servers have the same version of Cpanel and both servers are set to the Release version in Update Preferences. 0 -
You can run the following command to force an update of cPanel: /scripts/upcp --force
Automatic updates to new major versions of cPanel are staggered over a four-day period. Thank you.0 -
OK. Thanks. It's just curious that both servers are at 11.50.2. So one server has the new feature without the 11.52 version and one does not. 0 -
Are you sure both servers are running cPanel version 11.52? You can verify this via the following command: cat /usr/local/cpanel/version
The "Common Mail Providers" tab was only introduced in cPanel version 11.52: 11.52 Release Notes - Documentation - cPanel Documentation Thank you.0 -
Ah. OK. I had been going off the version showing at the top of WHM. But apparently I needed to log out and log back in to show the current version. Running the command on both servers cleared up the discrepancy. Thanks. 0 -
I am happy to see the issue is now resolved. Thank you for updating us with the outcome. 0
