Transfer Email Accounts Only to New Server

Hello Everyone, I am a new user on this forum but not much technical. I need your help to migrate my Cpanel from one server to another.I have two servers where both have Cpanel installed. On first server I have created 100+ email accounts and 200+ email forwarders. On other server it is configured only for sub domain. For some reason I have to shutdown my first server and have to migrate my all users to the other server. Please help me to do that as how can I transfer each and every email account with the email data and its forwarders. Thank you in advance.

    Hello, Thank you for the document and having limited technical knowledge this would be a difficult task for me. Is there any way where I can backup entire settings and restore to my other cpanel and everything will be the same. Please suggest if this is possible and thank you for your help.

    You would do best to contact your new Hosting Provider and have them move the account for you.

    Hello, Thank you for the reply and both the servers are unmanaged and they are charging me for the same which is very costly. Thats why I need help from your side and hope you understand my problem. I only need to migrate all users and forwarders with domain and I dont want any data to be moved.

    I don't understand this comment. In your first post, above, you mention the original server is being shut down. The documentation I've linked you to explains how to move an account from one server to the other, that is the best way to go. What part of that are you having issues with exactly?

    Hello, I am sorry if I made some mistake while writing but as of now both the servers are active and working where once is acting as email server where I have created 100+ emails and 200+ forwarders. After successful migration, I will shut down my email server. I believe the link you sent is me was for plesk and I am having Cpanel at both the end. I only want to transfer email, forwarders to the new server.

    Hello :) There are no native tools that allow you to migrate just email accounts and forwarders from one cPanel server to another. You will need to transfer the actual accounts following the instructions at: Transfer Tool - Documentation - cPanel Documentation Could you let us know which steps in the above document you require clarification on?     Hello, I am sorry but actually I am unable to find from where to start this and where to find the transfer tool :-) I have seen one import email option in Cpanel mail section and I believe If I could export email accounts and forwarders in excel from there and import to my other hosting server would be easy for me. Please suggest. Thank you for understanding.

    You don't have access to WHM as a Website Owner (listed in your forums profile here) do you? The Transfer Tools are in WHM and are used by your Hosting Provider to manage accounts. Is there some reason you cannot contact your Hosting Provider and ask them to move the account for you?

    Yes, I do have WHM access with root access however unable to find the transfer tools. My current server is a unmanaged server by hosting provider and they are charging me $200 per hour which is impossible for me to pay :-(

    In your WHM, top left corner is a search tool. Type in: Transfer Tool, hit enter. Do you find it that way, in the result?

    Great, I found the transfer tool. However unable to find out the settings to transfer or export emails and forwarder list. Please suggest.

    You won't find them there. The safest, easiest way to do this is to move the full account from one server to the other, using that Transfer Tool. In the accounts cPanel > Files section > Backup, you'll find options to Download Email Forwarders and Email Filters. There is no tool to export all email accounts by themselves.     Hello. Somehow I have prepared my email accounts and forwarders in the excel. I will Import those using import command however while importing forwarders I can only add single forwarder. In my case, one email is forwarded to the multiple people and while importing forwarder it is only accepting one. Please help me to do that. Thank you.

    I don't understand the question. Also, please start a new thread with your new issue.
