setup remote mysql manually

Hello : I need to know how can setup remote mysql server, but not with WHM, I want do it manually . Help please Regards

  Hi, You can do this using our API. Is there a particular reason you don't want to use the UI?

  Yes . my database around 200G, over 1200 database, So I was move them manually, and i need change in cpanel setting by hand . Regards
