Transfer account from Hostgator reseller to new server

Hello, I have a dedicated server with whm panel CENTOS 6.7 x86_64 standard " host WHM 11.50.2 (build 2) and I would like to move my websites that are on Hostgator reseller Whm panel CENTOS 6.7 x86_64 kvm " solara WHM 11.48.4 (build 7). The problem that I'am having is when I use the function: Copy an Account From Another Server With an Account Password. It won't work. I get the following error message: Starting "TRANSFER" for "Account" "XXXXXX". Attempting to copy "XXXX" from "111.111.111.111". Trying to fetch cpmove file via cPanel XML-API! Fetching current backups from remote server "cPanel Login Failed: HTTP/1.0 900 NET OR SSL ERROR /usr/local/cpanel/scripts/getremotecpmove 16288: open_tcp_connection: failed `111.111.111.111', 2083 (Connection timed out) Failed to fetch cpmove file via cPanel XML-API. Failed: Error while executing "/usr/local/cpanel/scripts/getremotecpmove": The subprocess "/usr/local/cpanel/scripts/getremotecpmove" reported the "EPERM" (1) error when it ended. Could someone tell with the information above what I could be doing wrong? Thanks

  In my case, it was CSF+LFD plugin. Edit "Allow IPs" and write an IP address of source server, then restart CSF.
