Unable to determine main ip

I'm trying to restore domain.tar.gz backup files between an old disk and a new server, and am getting a "Failed to create the account: Unable to determine main ip" error. When trying to create a new account instead, I'm also getting an "Unable to determine main ip" error. Is there any file I should be modifying to force the assignment on an IP address?

  Seems that I was able to find the solution to this problem after all. Server provider used a different IP address to install cPanel, but didn't assign my ADDR back in the /etc/wwwacct.conf file after the install.
