Hello I want to transfer all emails and email folders from one cpanel to another cpanel, step-by-step help in simple words much appreciated. Thank you

  I am not technical guy, I need help in email migration, cpanel to WHM cpanel. I have client website and now I have purchased reseller hosting package, so I have created WHM account for my current website, website data is static so I can transfer it, but email is most important, I am trying to download all mails from thunderbird or outlook with POP, but other folders are not downloading. any easy way to transfer all emails and all email other folders to new WHM cpanel mail account?
