Can not send mail to particular domains

I try to send mail but bounce back with 550 denied by policy error. Is there any solution to fix this.

  Hello :), It seems that your mail IP is blacklist in antispam databases and due to that you are getting this issues. Please check your IP blacklist status through mxtoolbox.com/blacklists.aspx. Also I will suggest you please check your server RNDS and setup it with your server hostname if you have not setup yet.

  Ip Adress is not in Blacklist. Server host name is: - Removed - rDNS record look like this: PTR - Removed - Is there any problem here?
