    You're Hosting Provider may not have that option available to you. You might want to check with them about this.

    The crontab is disabled, can not enable it. how do I do?

    I'm unclear on your post. Did you check the Feature List for the account?

    That's not the default, Disabled Feature List, is it? I'm guessing that's a new list you've manually created. Are you logged in as root, or under a Reseller account?

    I'm logged in as root. And I'm editing the default option (feature list) The option appears, but disabled and can not enable

    Have you checked the Disabled Feature List?

    it is not possible to click and select the option, it appears dimmed. Look at the print screen above.

    I have. When you create a new Feature List, whatever is "disabled" on the Disabled Feature list, should be greyed out. On your brand new Feature list.
