Just started last night -- no system changes. CloudLinux with LiteSpeed. Seeing the following errors in the Apache access log: /usr/local/apache/logs/access_log 208.74.124.133 "GET /cgi-sys/autodiscover.cgi?email=

  Meant to leave an update that this has been resolved. (After a few days it the post was buried without any attention so I never got around to it.) I was able to determine from CPanel support that the autodiscover request was a curl request (not apparent from the error message) and curl was blocked at the time of the errors due to an unrelated attack on the server. After unblocking curl, autodiscover began working again.
