Email forwarding to external email addresses stop working

Looks like starting Ocotober 19th, 2015 our email forwarding to external addresses stop working. Internal addresses forwarding still works. Maybe the recent update cause the issue?

Any ideas? I do not think we have changed anything on our end - it was working fine for years.

Hello :) Could you search for one of these messages in /var/log/exim_mainlog and let us know the output? EX: exigrep user@domain /var/log/exim_mainlog

i think its because they removed Courier and now using dovecot only :( 0 -
Do you know what do I need to do to be able to forward to external addresses? Forwarding to external addresses only work when sending email from internal address. Internal forwarding work no problem. Please advise. cPanelMichael - do you have a suggestion? Thank you. 0 -

To update, the issue was addressed after rebuilding the Exim configuration file and forcing an update of cPanel. Thank you. 0
