strange cpanel interface.

i have many accounts in my whm. but i have only problem with one account . i cant change theme. and i cant even click some where please help me to solve that.

  Hello :) Your access level is listed as "Website Owner". Do you have root access to this system? If not, first try changing the theme to Paper Lantern to see if that makes a difference. If not, report this issue to your web hosting provider for additional assistance. Thank you.
