Terminate Account: Failed Hook Denied Execution of Killacct

I am attempting to terminate an account on one of our CPANEL Servers and have exncountered this error which is not allowing us to remove an account Terminate Account: Failed Hook Denied Execution of Killacct Failed to remove these domains: XXXXX.com (last erro: API Call failed: code 404, msf "{"detail" "Not Found">".").) Does anybody have any idea how to resolve this issue? Thank you in advance 32051

  Hello :) Check to see which custom hooks are utilized during the account creation process: "WHM Home " Development " Manage Hooks" It's likely one of these custom hooks is causing the issue. Thank you.
