Refusing to Connection to all IPs except one

I am working on migrating a Dedicated cPanel server to a VM and every seemed to move fine (the settings, easyapache build profile, exim, packages, account data, etc) but when I try to connec to a web site on any other IP besides the IP that is dedicate to the hostname of the server I get "error_connection_refused" Let me know if you need any more info! Thanks for the help in advance

  Did you add more ips? Did you restart firewall and does extra Ips bind correctly to that VPS?

  Hello :) Could you also elaborate on how you are attempting to access websites over the additional IP addresses? For instance, are these accounts assigned that IP address? Thank you.
