Enable to send "directory" to destination "name of the remote".

I am having trouble with backups, after the backup ended it says: Enable to send "directory" to destination "name of the remote". As far I am not aware that it's the fault of the remote FTP, this is done on my nas at home. This file does not exist: /usr/local/cpanel/logs/cpbackup_transporter.log Can someone give me tips to find out what the problem is?

  Hello :) You can find backup logs in the following directory: /usr/local/cpanel/logs/cpbackup/ Could you let us know the output at the end of the backup log where this happens? Also, could you clarify if you are transferring backups to a remote destination? Thank you.
