Domain list disappeared after restore account

Hi there, after restoring a cpmove backup (client removed in july and restored in october - restored from the same server the client was), the "edit DNS zone" list is empty. I can only see domains in "edit MX entry". The .DB file (/var/named) was not restored and the entry on /etc/named.conf was not restored too. All other domains are in there. I'm afraid to "service named restart" and corrupt the server or Bind. Everything else appears to be ok (public_html, cpanel access to the account), etc. The problem is only related to Bind and the empty list on "edit DNS zone". Ideas? Thank you.

  Whoa! The problem occurred with my other server too! The only thing I did BEFORE was disable cPanel/WHM updates and change to LTS (but it still on the Release). This appears to be a bug?
