Can't Login to email

Hi, We badly need your help why I can't login to any email accounts. We have our own VPS and have access to WHM. We bought CPANEL license so we can sell a host. Here's the scenario, I change the register and use the nameserver with our own domain like pt1.example.com and pt2.example.com I create "A" record in CPANEL and register the nameserver via adding hostnames in Godaddy pt.example.com and it's now working. What my problem is now is I might misconfigured some details in WHM that may cause our webmail is not working. I was able to login to the webmail but when the time I choose any of the option (I choose Roundcube) it keep on asking details and says "Login failed". I tried to change my password but the same. I tried in different computer but still the same and sometimes it gives me Internet error blah.blah.blah

  You should speak with your Hosting Provider, provide them with your IP address so they can check to see if you've been blocked by security on that server. Can you access your website on the same server although you are having issues logging into Webmail? If yes, you're probably blocked.

  What my problem is now is I might misconfigured some details in WHM that may cause our webmail is not working.

  
  What details are your speaking of here? Can you still access WHM? Let's try this, are you attempting to login to Webmail using the full email address as username, or are you using your cPanel account username? To login to Webmail, use your full email address and that email address password.

  I was able to login in WHM. I tried to login in webmail in this URL example.com/webmail using my email address and password. I was able to login in webmail but after I choose roundcube, it said login failed then ask again the details. But sometimes it gives me an error 500. I will contact my hosting provider in regards to this matter and let you know. Regards, PaladinThemes
