  Hello :) That message is from CSF/LFD as opposed to cPanel. It's alerting you that a particular PHP process is using an excessive amount of resources. You may want to investigate that script to see what it's doing and how much traffic it receives. Thank you.

  I am having the similar issue. When it comes my website gets inaccessible and after exactly 10 minutes it starts with no error. I am having these issue for the last 2 weeks sometimes thrice in a day and sometimes twice.
