Apache Double url

Please help I have been getting double url on all of our website. example url is

  Hello :), You are getting this issues due to .htaccess file code. Have you checked your .htaccess code? Please check that code and try to update it with your web-developer help.

  Hello :) Could you let us know the version of Apache installed on your system? Does the issue persist if you temporarily disable the .htaccess file? Thank you.
