Nobody and High CPU usage

Hello, The nobody user is using about 120% CPU and the command is /usr/local/apache/bin/httpd -k start How can I please reduce the CPU? Server: Total processors: 8 Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU W3520 @ 2.67GHz RAM: 16
