apache 2.2 down TailWatch and cmd line failed to restart it

today the Apache was down for about 8 hours and this is not the first time it seems that the TailWatch chkservd is trying to restart the Apache but it failed i ran this
sudo tail -n 100 /var/log/chkservd.log
This an example of what i got

the script couldn't restart the httpd service i tried to issue thos 2 commands
sudo httpd status
i got this

sudo httpd start
i got this
it's already running
i have to login to the WHM panel to restart the easyapache to restart the server and that is the only way the server came back online i have checked the apache error_log i found this over and over again

i checked cPanel Tailwatchd and i got these lines over and over again

how can i make the TailWatch to be able to restart the apache automatically and i want to know what cause this issue both TailWatch and httpd restart didn't work to restart the apache Best Regards

  Hello :) Could you post the contents of your /etc/hosts file without providing actual IP addresses or domain names? Thank you.
