    This definitely sounds like your server has a problem with the CloudLinux kernel for some reason. The support access ID can be located in either WHM or a root shell. [LIST]
  • From WHM: Click on Support Center under the Support heading.
  • From a shell: Execute `/usr/local/cpanel/cpanel -S` as the root user This should allow you to open a ticket for support so we can take a look at the server and help you resolve the problem.
