Problem w Mobile Connecting to Server
Server had installed new hdd, upgraded from CENTOS 5 to CENTOS 6.7, to WHM 11.52.0 (build 20), to dovecot, etc
Then for the last 2 days customer has had a problem getting/receiving email on his iphone. Desktop working fine.
His error
"Cannot get Mail"The server (mail.domain.com) is not responding. Verify that you entered the correct account info in Mail settings."
Got the same error using hostname rather than mail.domain.com

Replaced self signed cert with a purchased one with hostname

Per customer- iphone email started working again this AM at 6:45 using mail.domain.com. The only thing that did pop up is a screen that asked us to trust the digital certificate from DLS.

Per customer- All handheld devices worked from 6:45 to 11:45 today and then quit again and remain down. The message is the server(mail.domain.com) is not responding.
Nothing in /var/log/maillog to indicate a problem
Can anyone give me some kind of help?
