DNS Only server where to put it?

Hi, I am looking at setting up a cPanel/WHM DNS Only server, for 1 nameserver. My dedicated server is in Netherlands with i3D. So I am looking at setting up a VPS with someone like Digital Ocean, but am unsure what country to put it in. Do I stay in Europe or go USA?

  Hello :) There's no requirement, but speed/latency might improve if it's geographically closer. Thank you.
