Cannot login to cPanel

Please am having almost the same issue, cant login. cpanel login page keep reappearing after popping this (login successful, redirecting), then it will reload the login page again

  Hello :) Do you have root access to this system? If not, as your access level suggests, please report this issue to your web hosting provider so they can take a closer look. Thank you.
