What is causing this insane load?

Guys you gotta help me with this please. This is my server. Xeon E3-1220v1 3.1 GHz / 3.4 GHz Turbo 4 Cores/ 4 Threads i.imgur.com/YuIb0Yu.png

  Hello :), Please monitor your mysql server process with the following command, with this command you can easily find out your databases which is increasing the server load. Also try to optimize your mysql server with MySQLTuner script
  watch mysqladmin proc
