I need to copy an email with subject ' Claim ' to an account but it gets to the destination account . Only the option to redirect this, but does not reach the destination account . Can someone help me out?

  Hello :) Could you let us know or provide a screenshot of the exact filter rules you have enabled? Ensure you remove actual domain names from the output. Thank you.
