Use of domains with ñ for email service

Does anybody know if it is possible to use domains with " in CPanel service? I have asked to Google Apps support and it seems that it is not possible with them

  It needs to be converted first according to @cPanelJared's post. Parked Domain Error Convert: punycoder.com Should be a few threads on the forums about using punycode.
