Reducing Server Wait times + General Optimization tips

Hi there, Recently setup a new VPS with cPanel installed and noticing long server wait times (~3.8seconds) when loading sites on the server. Does anyone have any methods of reducing the server wait times/general optimization tips? VPS Details: CPUCores - 8 Disk Space - 100GB RAM - 2GB Bandwidth: 6TB Test URL -Removed - Thanks in advance!
